Pour the jam into sterile Mason jars, lid and screw on rings. Rest in a hot water bath for 10 minutes to seal.

Midsummer is being celebrated at Borjesgarden with dancing around the maypole. Midsummer is the biggest traditional holiday in Sweden.

Midsummer

Sweden experiences long and dark winters, so it makes sense they would welcome the arrival of summer with much joy and celebration. Midsummer’s Eve is one of the most important days of the year, similar to Christmas with its festivities and traditions.
